I have a Witch Hazel in my garden. It was bought from a nursery in a pot and
has been in the ground for about 3 years. We are on clay and so a lot of
organic matter was put into the hole at planting, and it has been mulched
each year.

The problem is that while it looks healthy enough and flowers, it resolutely
refuses to grow any bigger!

Any suggestions?
