Anyone know anything about them? How long will it stay? How long do they
live?

For the last 3 weeks I've seen about a dozen or so at a time in my urban
garden when it is sunny. I'm not aware of anyone having a pond in their
garden close by. After flying around for a while I can find 6 or more
'sitting' on the dead stems of my Honeysuckle. They can stay there for
many hours and don't seem to be easily disturbed.
