Default A 300 Million Year Old Fossil Forest In Illinois

an article, with many images of fossil plants, explaining the occurrence and
deposition of an excellently preserved 300 million year-old
Pennsylvanian-age (Upper Carboniferous) fossil forest exposed deep within a
coal mine in eastern Illinois. Be sure to click on the images at the bottom
