I agree with you but I don't thing our bitching at them is going to stop
the spammers.

The constant spamming of news groups is the reason why so many ISPs are
doing away with newsgroups. Some groups have become just about useless
because of all the spam. Sad, but that is the way it goes and not much
we can do about it except NEVER buy from a spammer.
