Ivy

I wish I could agree. Ivy is a total pain and very good at winding
itself around the bases of walls etc where it is virually impossible
to dig out. I had problems with it in my last garden and have it again
in this one. I feel a bout of chopping off followed by a Spring
spraying of Roundup coming on.
Beat the foliage to bruise,cut it first, then add some washing-up liquid
to the herbicide.
But don't tell the EC police...
