So it's not in the rain shadow of the house TOO much. That's to your
plants' advantage.

Hope they all do help you but remember that local knowledge - if it's well
founded - is very valuable. You could look at neighbours' gardens, talk to
knowledgeable nursery or gc staff, see what's planted in local parks etc.
