Default Carrot fly

The message
from Jim S contains these words:

Talking of drainpipes - I take it that you all know about the methos using
guttering to plant seeds in, then moving the seedings to a guttering shaped
trench by sliding them out. Easier than transplanting where you might be
short of space.

Ideal for cauliflowers - which should not be uprooted for transplant.

(Or you tend to get butto-sized curds.)
