Default bleached paper

The message
from Martin contains these words:

It seems tea bags contain chlorine and dioxines. So, no more used tea
bags on
the garden )

Teabags don't contain chlorine either (though the material is bleached),
and if they contain dioxins someone isn't doing their job.
