I sure hope they can plant a garden better than they can manage the

You mean like the federal budget surplus under Clinton for fiscal year
2000 that amounted to at least $230 billion?

I for one can not understand why the Dems and others are constantly bashing
Bush.

It's called theater.
He was doing fairly well untill 2006 when the Dems took over congress
and then everything started going to hell in a hand basket.

Yeah, if you don't count the secret regulatory meetings with the
"regulated" that had no consumer representative present? Or do you mean
the vanity wars that were so incompetently run, causing the deaths of
nearly a million Iraqis

the Geneva Convention?

What, pray tell was going right? It wasn't the recovery of Hurricane
Katrina. It wasn't education or school lunch programs. It wasn't our
soldier's health and education benefits. And it most certainly wasn't
repairs to highways and bridges. The only ones to benefit under Bush
were the CEOs

The A Holes who caused all the problems where Barney Fag, Chris the crook
Dodd, Chuckie the forehead Schummer, Maxine Waters, and that fat guy from
Harlem. ALL DEMOCRATS!!! They're the ones who wanted to give home loans to
people who couldn't afford to make payments. Don't forget Fannie and
Freddie are the root causes of the problems along with greedy Wall Street
brokers who tried to take over the mortgages to make a fast buck and then
fell on their faces.

I hate to wake you from your pleasant dream but . . .

"Freddie Mae -- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac -- I see the heads who are
here; I want to thank you all for coming -- (laughter) -- have committed
to provide more money for lenders. They've committed to help meet the
shortage of capital available for minority home buyers.
[...]
Freddie Mac recently began 25 initiatives around the country to
dismantle barriers and create greater opportunities for homeownership.
One of the programs is designed to help deserving families who have bad
credit histories to qualify for homeownership loans.

More and more people own their homes in America today.* Two-thirds of
all Americans own their homes, yet we have a problem here in America
because few than half of the Hispanics and half the African Americans
own the home.* That's a homeownership gap.* It's a -- it's a gap that
we've got to work together to close for the good of our country, for the
sake of a more hopeful future.* We've got to work to knock down the
barriers that have created a homeownership gap.

I set an ambitious goal.* It's one that I believe we can achieve. It's a
clear goal, that by the end of this decade we'll increase the number of
minority homeowners by at least 5.5 million families. (Applause.)
Some may think that's a stretch.* I don't think it is.* I think it is
realistic.* I know we're going to have to work together to achieve it.*
But when we do our communities will be stronger and so will our
economy.* Achieving the goal is going to require some good policies out
of Washington.* And it's going to require a strong commitment from those
of you involved in the housing industry."

- George W. Bush

You folks who live in New York, Conneticut, Massachutes, and California
desevr this bunch because you keep voting them back in. WHEN ARE YOU ALL
GOING TO WISE UP??????

Hope you are looking into a mirror.
The Dems are masters at coverup saying it wasn't our fault it was Bush's
fault.

You believe in sock puppets?
In addition to all the above we should all be worried how the Dems
are going to handle our countries security. If we ever get hit again I fear
how they will handle it.

They couldn't do any worse. Taken the masking tape off your windows yet?

Do you ever use citations to lend your arguments the vague allure of
credibility?
My 2 cents worth.

After Bush, it is worth less than a penny.

If you weren't so abrasive, you'd be pathetic.

Well, now that I'm armed with all your b.s., I think I'll go plant some
potatoes :O)
