Mine has most certainly slowed down. Sometimes I simply log off and go away
for a bit, returning later and hoping for an improvement.
Dom people who are complaining of it slowing down read 'online' as it
were, downloading messages they want to read as they read them I wonder
(just downloading the headers first)
I've never done it like that, though there was a reaosn for the facility
on slow connections.
I just have my software check news every 15 mins and downlaods all the
new messages, so even it was slightly slower, I'd not notice anyway
