Billy, charlie and other cider brewers.

Cider has been racked off for 1 week now, sitting out in the garage in 2-5 L
glass carbouys & flagons. Temps around 20-22 C during the day and down to
about 8-10 c @ night. Garage is uninsulated.

Anyhow, the odd bottle has a thin milky white film on the surface of the
cider. The cider is 2-3 inchs off the top of the neck (ie 2-3 inchs below
the rubber stopper).

Of concern?

If so, easily fixed?
