Just cleared a bed of brussels, I noticed that there were a number of very
firm large sprouts on them. The seed packet said harvest February, would
they be good to eat this late, or would they have gone bitter? Too late
for this year but might help next.

We are still picking a few similar (Trafalgar) right at the top of the
stems. Taste good to us and neighbours and the frost seems to have improved
the flavour if anything. They won't last much longer though before they
blow.
