That's weird, it changed again! The word that distorts should read "
helpdesk" not "helpd..." But of course if you are not one of the
chosen ones.....!

Maybe they've read urg and don't want to be bombarded by irritable
gardeners! I can't get it to work, even if I type in 'desk'. OTOH, my
tinfoil hat is feeling a little tight today. ;-)
