Maybe, maybe not.

Processed carbohydrates seem to be starving us of needed nutrients.
Whole grain carbohydrates are better but far from perfect.

Can't recall ever seeing A salad offering in local Chinese places
but Japanese offer a variety. Suno Muno SP Cucumber Salad nice and
fresh in area .
