We found threatening them use to work. Like tossing them from one pond to
another. I wonder if you took some out and let them sit out of the water
for say 10 minutes, enough so their roots don't dry completely, but make
them worried their water source is drying up, then put them back? I've
heard crowding sometimes does it. Probably all coincidental. ~ jan
