Default Electronic Garden Owl

Thanks, Jeff and JonC for your replies.

according to the artikel, that seems a pretty large bird, the one that
escaped.
Hope they catch it before it gets really hungry.

My battery powered version is only half the size, and when switched
off, looses all interest in much anything and just ....sort of sits
there. As I expected it would.

I was wondering if anyone in this group might have one of these in
"Service" themselves, and has first hand knowledge as to the effect of
it. I might have to affix my owl to a segment of wood to prevent the
wind from blowing it over. Other than that, it has a nice and loud
Hoot, and looks great when it turnes its head toward anyone that sets
off one of its four motion detectors..

Cheers, Frank H.
