Default A Blanket of Ice Plants
The City of Chula Vista (San Diego County) plants a variety of ice
plants along freeways and major thoroughfares for beauty and soil
erosion control.
At this time of year they are blooming like crazy.
The view is stunning. A nice investment by the city.
