Default Another Mystery Plant

I've done another bad drawing and this time put it on an image host that
won't produce any unsavoury adverts-

http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/697...eryplant02.jpg

These things are self-seeded all over the garden. I remember last year they
had a nice flower on but can't remember what it looked like other than it
was quite nice and brightly coloured I'm wondering what they are called.

The leaves are green and a bit paler towards the edge and the stems are
reddish. As I hope my poor drafting skills have shown there is a lot of
threeness about them, three "lobes" on each leaf, three leaves in each
group, three groups on each stem. How many were going to St Ives?

I think last year the main stems got to quite tall, over a foot or so. The
bigger leaves are currently something over an inch across. I also remember
that the seeds are sort of spring loaded; I lightly touched one and the
seeds pranged everywhere, which was kind of fun.

Any ideas? Or are they another variety of Poison Deathweed?

Thanks for any help. As you may have guessed I have no idea what I'm doing,
but trying to learn.
