Was it real ? Did it ever get verified or was it staged?

No it was real, I have now seen the full story and the daft beggers made
a turn in heavy weather without alerting everyone, ship got hit by one
wave that somehow disbled the stabilizers and over she rolled, they may
have had no warning about the wave but they sure as hell knew they were
going to alter course, I am very surprised they were not heavily sued by
some of the injured
