We here in Arizona see sunshine all year and enjoy a day of clouds and
more importantly (Hopefully) see some rain

You should live here in Britain. We never know what the weather will be
from one day to another and it rains a lot.
It's why Brits discuss the weather all the time.
Stand at a bus stop with a stranger and we'll talk about it for sure.
