hi i use a 300w led grow light. i get fantastic results with it. i used to use a 600w hps but i get equal results with the led grow light. and it uses very little electric. unlike the hps that used £2 per day. there is very little heat from the led grow light. and it was custom made from a uk company. it has all the right light spectrums. i will not go back to using a greedy for power hps. that makes the grow room like barbados. im a converted led grower. hope this helps.
