Courgettes ought to do quite well, but to ripen the larger cucurbits
(and cucumbers) I'd guess you need more sun. Spinach or spinach beet
should be OK.

Lettuce will be fine. Carrots probably not.

It is not quite clear what side of the house this is on. Is the house
itself casting no shadow ?
