No, the house does not cast a shadow on the plot. The only shadow is from
the wall. Other than that the plot is in full sun.
So all the plot has sun all afternoon and, during the summer, apart from
the bit adjacent to the wall for most of the morning. I would have
thought that most things would do well enough.
