I Scroogled it and found that it is indeed so.

In which case, I suggest you get yourself a big container (at least the
size of a plastic dustbin, but preferably bigger), drill/burn holes in
the bottom, place on blocks and fill it with nice things, and plant a
crown in that.

You can make it a feature...

A good place to acquire big (*BIG*) drums is from your local fire
station - they get the foam additive in them. With a panel saw, cut off
the top. For use as a water butt, note that when the top is turned
upside-down the channel round the edge fits the sides exactly.
