My question would be which lamp is best for the PLANTS. The plants are
really the picture you are trying to show... so what will give them the
best growth and brightest colors.

Please yourself. Intensity matters more than color. As long as there's enough
light, what color it is isn't critical.

Most people prefer the 6400K, but lots of people use 5300K and 10000K, too.
Whatever looks best to you will be fine.
