Minus 14.1C here last night over about 16" of snow, rose to a max of -6.6C
but falling again and snowing heavily. Managed to dig the car out this
morning and got to the village for milk, papers and sweeties. All tender
plants snug in the greenhouse, but I hate to think what it is costing me!
