Are you crazy or something?
It's enshrined in British law that cats are allowed to roam, unlike dogs
and
the very idea that you are suggesting poisoning them is totally
disgusting.
I know they can be a nuisance by digging in freshly turned soil but it's
no
excuse for either trapping them or harming them.
Words fail me, tbh. Luckily.

And how do YOU take responsibility for your own cat and how do YOU stop it
s*****g other peoples property?

You don't /have/to. That is the law, so accept it like any other law you
don't particularly like.
