It's pleasant to walk on!
Is there any reason?

It stops the grass growing so well, so if you want a nice grassy lawn
then it can be *a problem.

If you don't mind it, then no, no reason to remove it

indeed. A weed is only a plant growing in the wrong place.

It's rather nice if you can get rid of the grass and just have the
moss, No mowing.- Hide quoted text -

The moss does not grow evenly, it goes alll umpy and bumpy.
