Agreed - my fantrained tree looks like providing 15 - 20 lbs for tjhe
third year running

(in Fareham, South Hants)

Ours too. Also lots of apricot, peach, damson and cherry blossom.
Exeptional magnolia too. The apples and plums have lots of buds about
to burst.

Magnolia agreed. My daughter and son in law have just come back from a
three
month Round the World Cruise to a Magnolia in full bloom. Actually it is
three trees planted close together to form one massive tree head.

We also have a magnificent Magnolia just round the corner to us. In front
of
a 'Chocolate Box Cottage' as well.

Chocolate box cottage in Lake Mike, where? Can't say I've noticed one but
will stand corrected and will certainly make an effort to see the
magnolia. We have a recently planted one in our front garden (about 1 year
ago) which had 2 flowers on last year and 15 this year!

Heath Gardens just inside from Sandown Road near Osterley Lodge.
