Many moons ago when my garden was a top floor window box this plant
flowered all summer and survived the winter. Now with the luxury of a
rock garden I have to replant every year. A month ago the plant was
green at the base so I hoped that it might have survived but alas no.
Does anyone have more luck/skill ?
