I liked the point about the trampline being lower than many - but the
one on the grass outside the house [1] would hit the floor were it
lower. The neighbours have got round this by digging a tramp-pit under
theirs, which is fine until it rains upon which you get a very sudden
bath.

[1] Someone snaffled it off Freegle and it's become a frequent feature
of long evenings - the boys drag it out and all lark about on it.
Splendid stuff.
