*shrug* It's the same way I look at a lot of those "not on the high
street"
type catalogues, and get ideas for artycrafty type things that I may one
day
get around to making.

I had a long chat with the manager of a poshish furniture shop one day,
when at a loose end I wandered round his shop stealing ideas. He thought
this was very sensible given how much the stuff cost and how little
chance I had of actually buying any.

Sensible manager. Every person who walks through the door is a potential
customer, ""OR"" will talk of his experience to his friends who 'MIGHT' be a
customer :-))

Therefore, each and every person MUST/SHOULD be treated with respect, even
if said manager or sales staff is working under pressure and feel that a
short, sharp, snappy response is all that is required :-((((((((((((
