Default need to get rid of hair algae!
(redled) empowered us with this mighty blow against the
Patriarchy:

So far mine have
been very timid, they won't even come to the surface to eat.

J.floridae actually prefer cooler temps (68-72F), so if your tank is much
warmer than that, they may be seeking out the cooler layers of water.
