Me again (clicked send by accident ) Ok, firstly, yes, it can be moved but not at the moment, you will need to wait until end of Oct.
Its quite possible to keep it within the 'teepee' proportions by cutting it right back every March, cut it hard back to the shape of the teepee and that will ensure that new growth comes from lower down as well, also as the new shoots grow, wind them around the teepee and then after the first flush of flowers, you can cut it back a bit more, which might encourage a second flower flush (depending on the variety)
