Pros & cons of turfing v seeding in the above circumstances.
Suitable varieties/mixes oif seed.

You are on a hiding to nothing mate. Shade, high rainfall and, I
expect, poor drainage. There are special grasses for shady areas & you
could improvet he drainage.
