Nah, not going to get into it here. Perhaps "business practices" was not
the correct term. More a customer relations issue that left a bad taste in my
mouth but certainly nothing in the least dishonest or deceptive. I did not
intend to imply otherwise!

negative comments about a company in public
but then won't talk about why.
