Quite agree Sacha. This handing out of (our) cash to anyone who asks
almost without question really ought to stop. Yep have 6 months or so
"Job Seekers" after losing ones job, but if you haven't got one by
then if you want any cash you have to "earn" it by sweeping the
streets or other work in/for the community. No sat in front of the
telly swilling lager and chips...
