I think there's quite a lot of propaganda about. People I know who use
it don't seem to have clouded brains or schizophrenia, i think they
use it for the pleasant relaxing effect. Can't speak from first hand
because being a life long non smoker its impossible to try smoking it.

Then eat a bit - not too much. It works just as well but takes longer.
