I would use 1 litre bottle of Castclear from The Lawn Specialist ( lawnspecialist.co.uk or castclear.com ) to get rid of the worms because it doesn't actually kill lawn worms, it just stops them coming to the surface and creating worm casts all over the lawn.

Recent EU Regs have banned the use of powerful chemicals that kill worms in agriculture so there's not much around really,
