Just use buckets, don't waste your money. Punch a few holes in the
bottom.
Use a sand/compost mix.
You can scrat the compost off the top and pick some spuds without
uprooting the whole plant.
When you plant the spud, leave space and top up with compost mix as
the plant grows.
Don't neglect the watering.

I'm goung to use plastic dustbils , drilled of course. Would you plant
potatoes in layers, say two layers or three in a bin this size?
