Speaking of social programs and human rights. Why is it the democrats
who pride their selves on concern for their fellow man haven't sounded
a peep about what Saddam has done to his people? Must be a lot of
money to be made on domestic social programs. But never fear the
republicans will ride to the rescue.

My femininity won't let me forget a social snub. The Democrats have
never invited me to a single Inaugural Ball.

Why should Greg and I get upset? I'm definitely not. We are just poles apart
from you on where we want our tax dollars spent. I like my tax money spent
on schools, libraries, the arts, health, and infrastructure, in other words,
helping people. Conservatives like to see tax money spent on the military,
weapons, and corporations. It's a matter of perspective.

BTW, I received a big tax refund this year because of the horrible economy.
It gave me a good feeling to realize that not much of my money was spent on
Dubya's war. VBG
