Lets have a law against supermarket workers, being allowed to buy food at
the same prices paid by footballers and lollipop ladies. You know it makes
sense.

Actually supermarket workers don't buy food at the same prices as
others now. They get a staff discount and, sometimes, a share of the
profits.

Perks? What an outrage against civilised society. How about librarians
who get the pick of the new books. Builders who do work in their own homes
and don't even have to pay for the labour. I've even heard of teachers
helping their own kids with homework. It's no wonder this country is
going to the dogs, speaking of which, sick dogs owned by vets get seen
FREE out of hours without an appointment.

I'll just remember that if I have any good fortune, I must not mention
it here.

Quite right too. And any urgler who ever grew a free plant from a
cutting or saved seed, should apologise to all the nursery owners here
for cheating them out of an income.

Janet.
