Dear All,
To apply the left-over agar after deflasking to the seeding's root would be
good to the seedings or not??
Thanks
When deflasking, if you can slide the entire plate seedlings and
agar out in one piece it is best. You do less damage to the root
structures. But to put agar on these plants just because it was
in the flask with them, NO. The agar around the roots will wash
out with normal watering and not pose a problem unless the flask
was contaminated before you removed the plants.
