Does anyone know of any nursery in California or Western US that has

Why do you need such large plants right away? P. tobira grows quite
fast. In two years time, you will not be able to tell whether a plant
was from a 1 gallon can or a 15 gallon can. Furthermore, a small plant
from a 1 gallon can becomes established -- roots growing into the native
soil -- much more quickly than a large plant from a 15 gallon can and
definitely costs less than a plant from a 15 gallon can.
Many southern California nurseries carry P. tobira in 1 gallon and 5
gallon cans. Even though they are available, I would not buy the
latter. The former are easier to plant (smaller hole, easier to lift,
etc).
