Yes, or a vet.
They have *loads* of uses other than injecting drugs (or other stuff)
into people.
I had some batteries that needed a syringe to inject electrolyte once.
They're also very useful for lubrication in difficult to get at
places. Big ones can be useful for sucking fluid *out* of things.
