Herbs and flowers MIGHT require quite different care, soil, nutrients,
and water. Many flowers require ample nutrients and constant moisture.
Many herbs thrive with a lean and dry soil with not many nutrients and
only slight moisture. On the other hand, some herbs require abundant
moisture; and some flowers refuse to bloom with too many nutrients.
Finally, some plants are shallow-rooted while others are deep-rooted.

Let us know what herbs and what flowers you want to plant.

i would like to plant herbs such a basil, chives and that sort of stuff but where i live might be a but cold. also am going to plant lots of bushes, shrubs and trees for shelter. but I'm going to dig it out so it is about 5foot out for space for the bushes and herbs.
