Ah yes, those are much more the helpful size when you want IDs of
plants. The answers of Lonicera nitida and Hebe are correct. I have no
idea which Hebe it is though!

First is Lonicera Nitida Possibly Baggesen's Gold
The second is hebe pinguifolia
