Default Variegated virginia creeper ?

Anyone have this ?

Can't find any for sale but may just plant the common variety.

This seems like a 'niche' plant. You are probably going to have to mail
order it from a specialty grower.

I know the common creeper turns red in the fall -- does it dies back
completely or stay somewhat evergreen or "leafy" ?

Drops the leaves entirely in the fall, but the vines persist.

I could grow it in shade, right ?

Will start out in shady conditions, but the non-variegated type is a
strong grower which will do its best to climb into the sunlight.

The variegated cultivar should be less vigorous, and probably do best
with some morning sun and afternoon shade or bright, dappled shade.
