You should just use some retro gardening techniques. Shove in a fork every 50cm, (as far in as you can get it) give it a wiggle to give you 3/4cm holes.. fill these holes up with sand. This should increase the drainage of the lawn. To add more advanced drainage can be very costly to just stop some squelching.
