I thought it was Labour who wanted to legislate everything.
If there are 500,000 people keeping chickens then applying regulations
to them isn't going to be easy or cheap (cheep?).

Yes, might as well read Viz, the information is more accurate. Not quite as
humerous as The Daily Mail, but they try hard.
